Whether you are working through a specific challenge or hoping to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and free from judgment.

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing practical skills for meaningful and lasting change. I work with individuals ages 8 and up, as well as couples and families, who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I have a particular focus and interest in working with teenagers as they navigate the unique challenges of identity, relationships, emotions, and the transition into adulthood.
I earned my Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. My therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

I believe meaningful growth begins with feeling understood, supported, and comfortable enough to be honest about what you are experiencing. I believe counseling should be both supportive and purposeful, and my goal is to meet each client where they are, help them get to the core of what they are experiencing, and equip them with practical tools they can carry with them beyond the therapy room. When desired by the client, I also incorporate biblical principles alongside practical, evidence-based counseling.
Starting therapy can be a meaningful step, especially when you may not know exactly where to begin or what to expect. I want my clients to know that they do not have to have everything figured out before coming to counseling. Wherever you are in your journey, my goal is to listen with compassion, understand your perspective, and help you make sense of what you are experiencing. I value creating a genuine connection with each client and taking the time to understand the person behind the concerns they bring to therapy. I hope that through counseling, you feel both supported in where you are and encouraged in where you want to go.
