I’m an LPC Associate passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and build resilience through self-discovery and healing. I would be honored to share this space with you as you navigate your next chapter.
I have a passion for helping young adults, women, and athletes navigate life transitions, relationship struggles, and mental health related challenges such as anxiety and depression. I strive to create a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and goals. Outside of the therapeutic space, I’m a big dog lover, a lifelong Taylor Swift fan, and someone who values quality time with family and friends. I believe these passions help me connect with clients on a real, human level – because therapy isn’t just about addressing challenges, it’s also about celebrating what brings joy and meaning to life.
I earned my Master of Science in Sport & Human Performance and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. I hold an associate counseling license in the state of Texas and am supervised by Mary Bennett, LPC-S. In my work, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as person-centered therapy, attachment theory, CBT, and DBT to best support each client’s unique needs.
I believe the heart of therapy lies in the relationship we build together and that you (the client) are the expert in yourself. Therefore, my role in this space is not to lead you, but rather, to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. Rooted in empathy, connection, and collaboration, my approach creates a supportive space where you can explore your lived experiences, grow, and discover your strengths.
From both professional and personal experience, I know how daunting it can feel when seeking out therapy. My goal is to make the therapeutic process welcoming and supportive, so that you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we’ll work toward creating the change and growth you’re seeking in your life.
