My goal is to create a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with curiosity rather than judgment, allowing for greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

My approach is rooted in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, helping clients gain insight into the patterns and relationships that shape their lives while creating space for meaningful, lasting change. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also have a passion for supporting immigrants and second-generation individuals as they navigate questions of cultural identity, belonging, and intergenerational family dynamics. I strive to create an environment where every part of your story is welcomed and valued.
I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate) in the state of Texas and practice under the supervision of Mary Bennett, LPC-S. My therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

I believe therapy is most meaningful when it is built on trust, authenticity, and genuine connection. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and attachment-focused, meaning I work with clients to understand the patterns and relationships that influence their emotions, behaviors, and ways of connecting with others. Whether you're working through a specific challenge or simply hoping to better understand yourself, I strive to create a space where you feel accepted, supported, and free from judgment. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my goal is to help you gain deeper insight, strengthen self-compassion, and develop the confidence to move forward in ways that feel authentic and
meaningful.
