If you are struggling to find your place in life, experiencing conflict with loved ones, or feeling overwhelmed, I strive to be a place of comfort, healing, and acceptance.

I am Neha Qattan, and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I work with older teens & young adults who are struggling with recovery from past trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I also have a passion for working with couples who are navigating a variety of relationship challenges.
Outside of work, I am an avid baker, an amateur badminton player, and enjoy spending time with my loved ones.
I earned my Master of Science in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland, and I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology & Child Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Dallas.
I have extensive experience working in individual, family, and couples (including premarital) counseling. I really enjoy working with teens, young adults, and couples and getting to genuinely know everyone who walks into my office. I am also certified in Prepare/Enrich to help pre-marital and married couples navigate their differences in a collaborative manner and strengthen their relationships.

We cannot control the cards we were dealt, but we can control how we choose to play them.
In my work, I draw from Attachment and Systemic-based theories to view concerns in a holistic manner and understand how our past informs our lives today. Then, using evidence-based approaches such as Narrative therapy and Person-Centered therapy, I strive to help each client find agency in their own story and lead their most authentic life moving forward.
Starting therapy can be a daunting task. Often, picking up the phone to make the call can be the most difficult part.
When a client comes into my room, I make it my goal to work with them to make it "their space": A comfortable, warm, nonjudgmental space where you can find growth and healing. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you can be vulnerable, laugh, cry, and find healing. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
