I am dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and resilience. I believe healing happens best in a space where you feel seen, respected, and safe to be your authentic self.

I approach therapy as a collaborative and human process; not something that’s “done” to you, but something we work through together. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor when appropriate, and I strive to create an environment where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating present stressors, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to help you build insight, self-compassion, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
Outside of the therapeutic space, I enjoy time spent with my loved ones and pets, reading a good book, playing board games, or being outdoors when the weather is nice.
I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Texas at Dallas. I have been in clinical practice for four years, working with individuals across a range of concerns and life experiences. My training emphasized evidence based, trauma informed care and culturally responsive approaches, and I continue to engage in ongoing education to ensure my work remains ethical, affirming, and grounded in current best practices.

I believe people make sense in the context of their experiences and that healing is not about fixing yourself, but about understanding yourself more fully. Therapy should feel empowering rather than pathologizing. I view symptoms as meaningful signals rather than personal failures, and I work from a strengths based perspective that honors resilience while gently addressing patterns that may no longer be serving you. My approach is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique needs and lived experiences.
At the heart of my work is deep respect for your story. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to seek support, especially if you have felt misunderstood or marginalized in the past. I am committed to offering a space rooted in empathy, curiosity, and non judgment where your experiences are validated and your autonomy is honored. You deserve care that recognizes both your pain and your strength.
