Not everyone processes things in the same way. Some people think out loud, while others connect more through creative or experiential approaches. I offer a space that's flexible, curious, and open to exploring what actually works for you, so therapy feels tailored to who you are.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Dr. Jessica Endres, LPC-S, with a passion for helping you navigate life’s challenges, including trauma, major life events, self-discovery, and self-doubt. I love using creative methods to help build comfort and connection, so our work together feels more natural.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) which allows me to support children and teenagers in processing complex traumatic experiences with an emphasis on understanding, acceptance, and resilience. I am also a certified Therapeutic Game Master, allowing me to provide group therapy services through role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, offering a more interactive and collaborative way to build connection and skills. I presented at the 2025 SAIGE Conference discussing ways the LGBTQIA+ community can find social support outside of therapy sessions.
My experience includes working with people who have gone through traumatic or life changing events, which can often lead to feeling disconnected from work, school, or relationships, feeling emotional numbness, or being overwhelmed by day to day life. If you find yourself on high alert more than you need to be, or feel emotionally overwhelmed in ways that affect your sleep, I aim to help you understand how past experiences connect to what you've been through. Together, we'll explore how your mind and body have been responding to these experiences and build awareness to emotions that may feel out of reach, helping you feel more connected and whole again.

Our feelings can tell us a lot about what is happening internally and in the world around us. They can signal danger through fear, celebrate our accomplishments through joy, and help us process loss through sadness and grief. With this in mind, I know starting something new can be scary and uncomfortable. In my work with clients, I believe it is important to approach discomfort head on while moving at a pace that maintains a sense of control and self-awareness. Fear of the unknown is normal, and often points to you taking a new step towards change and growth.
I do not believe a client is broken and in need of someone to fix them. We all have stories that built the person we have become today and that should be acknowledged, but not disgraced. Tell me your story and lets start a new chapter together!
Emotions can be intense or difficult to make sense of. Sometimes they seem like they're getting in the way, but they're also an important part of understanding ourselves. That is what makes emotions one of my favorite things about being a human. I want to meet you where you are with your emotions, and grow from there. This means we can try different methods of getting comfortable with your emotions, whether that means laying on the floor, drawing how you feel, comparing yourself to video game characters or whatever feels right to us in the session.
My goal is to help you become more in tune with your emotions and reach a level of acceptance that supports a sense of wholeness and understanding. While I see the discomfort as progress toward understanding yourself more, I will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. Together, we will explore your world at your pace and approach heavy emotions when you are ready. I am here for you and anyone who feels they need a place to belong and a place to rest. Let's go on this journey together!
